How to Buy from Britmade

Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure! Before you order please ensure that:
- You have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable)
- The desired quantity is correct

We accept credit or debit card payments on the following types of card.

Payment Methods
Goods must be paid in sterling. We accept all major credit cards, Delta and switch cards. Please do not send payment as we will not be held responsible if payment is misslayed. Once an order is placed you will charged for the full amount immediately.

VAT
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20 % VAT is not included, and will be calculated in the online basket.

Placing an Order
If you are a new Customer then you will be taken through the order form in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address and name and your payment details. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

When you are at your basket, and you are ready to purchase, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Please note that that when you click 'Proceed to Checkout' you will be taken to the secure area of Britmade. This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Complete all the details required on this page carefully, ensuring that all the fields are completed fully. Then click the purchase button. Your order will then be confirmed, and all you have to do then is sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered!

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days if you are dissatisfied. Please note - we can only exchange or refund products in perfect condition with all original packaging intact. Please refer to the Returns Policy for more information.
